There are many ways to keep yourself fit and healthy. You don’t have to slog it out in a sweaty gym to maintain your fitness. Simply boosting your levels of general daily activities such as jogging, running, cycling and swimming, to name a few, can massively improve your health and energy.

To me, exercising means having a healthier heart that could pump better and reduces possible cardiovascular risks including high blood pressure. In addition, being fit and healthy allows all of us to have a better sleeping pattern. So, what are we all waiting for? :)   Lets get up and start working our way up to a healthy, happy and robust lifestyle ! :) )

Now, here are some  tips to a healthy lifestyle :

1) Correct Eating Habits and Healthy Diet

It is very important what you eat, when you eat and how you eat; it greatly influences your body fitness and appearance. Take good amount of calories in your daily food and include nutrition foods in your diet.



Prefer the food that is easy to digest and avoid too spicy and oily foods that stimulate to gain fat stomach. Definitely it also matters when and how often you eat. Make and follow a proper meal plan that does not only provides your body with all essential components but also prevent our body ton store fat. Use plenty of water, fresh juices, milk without cream and eat fresh fruits.

2) Choose Best Exercise to Lose Fat Stomach



Good diet does not work alone for flat stomach goal. It is not necessary to adopt repetitive cardio exercises or purchase expensive exercise equipments.

Stomach exercises are necessary for toning all your abs and make stomach muscles work hard to reduce fat tissues. If you really desire a hot looking flat stomach with smart belly button, you should definitely choose a best exercise and workouts. Stomach exercise workouts usually make pressure on stomach muscles and reduce the fat by contracting it in.
Usually, some of us might feel lazy to munch on fruits such as apples, oranges etc however, these fruits are rich in their natural vitamins and are great for our body. For myself, i make it a point to eat at least 2 different types of fruits everyday :)

All fruits are generally great stand-alone snacks. The little ones (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries) are great to dress up morning cereal or yogurt, and of course for fruit salads.

Eating fresh fruits and vegetables will leave your body feeling naturally fit and energized. And with the range of choices, there is no reason to ever be bored. So why not lets all hit the produce section, stock up, and fuel your healthy lifestyle with fruits and vegetables ! :) )

Here’s a little insider snoop i would like to share with all of you :) ) Well, another way how i keep myself vibrant and radiant and keeping a positive mindset in a healthy lifestyle is by seeing my awesome girlfriend whenever we meet up for outings etc… She exudes a positive energy such that she never fails to brighten up my days. Its indescribable. Whether I’m feeling down, happy, angry or disappointed, she will always be there for me and thus, the dark clouds will always go away and my day will be bright and sunny, cheerful and springy. A smile will always be on my face everyday :)

From my perspective, i feel that another way to keeping a positive mindset is by thinking positively :)
