Snack:

Raw fruits and vegetables and veggies and 5 nuts


Dinner:

1 dish of veggie broth with herbs
1 providing of lean meat
1 providing of spinach with olive oil and six chopped olives with apple juice


DAY 2
Breakfast:

Fruit fruits and vegetables juice, 3 prunes, 1 natural yogurt with lactobacilli and 1 herbal tea or black tea
1 orange


Food:

1 dish of veggie broth rich with a tbsp of rice bacteria and brewer's fungus other
1 tortilla asparagus 2 eggs
1 baked apple with a tbsp cheese desert


Snack:

Raw fruits and vegetables and veggies and 1 tbsp sesame seeds


Dinner:

1 dish of veggie broth with herbs
1 providing of buckwheat with 3 tablespoons soy beans and parsley
1 cup of chocolate ice cream diet


DAY 3
Breakfast:

Fruit fruits and vegetables juice, 3 prunes, 1 natural yogurt with lactobacilli and 1 herbal tea or black tea
Mid-morning:
1 apple


Food:

1 dish of veggie broth rich with a tbsp of rice bacteria and brewer's fungus other
1 providing of chicken or turkey without skin and 3 tablespoons of peas
1 green healthy salad with dried apricots 6 halves
3 dried figs for desert


Snack:

Raw fruits and vegetables and veggies and 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds


Dinner:

1 dish of veggie broth rich with a tbsp of rice bacteria and brewer's fungus other
1 providing of grilled fish
1 providing of carrots, pumpkin and half baked potato
1 seasonal fruit


DAY 4
Breakfast:

Fruit fruits and vegetables juice, 3 prunes, 1 natural yogurt with lactobacilli and 1 herbal tea or black tea
1 pear


Food:

1 dish of veggie broth rich with a tbsp of rice bacteria and brewer's fungus other
1 carrot healthy salad, red peppers, celery and Brussels sprouts 3 tablespoons rich with steamed shrimp
1 cup of chocolate ice cream diet


Snack:

Raw fruits and vegetables and veggies and 5 nuts


Dinner:

1 dish of veggie broth with herbs
Pearl barley 1 part olive oil, garlic, onion and broccoli
1 fruits and vegetables healthy salad with yogurt


DAY 5
Breakfast:

Fruit fruits and vegetables juice, 3 prunes, 1 natural yogurt with lactobacilli and 1 herbal tea or black tea
Mid-morning:
2 slices of melon


Food:

1 dish of veggie broth rich with a tbsp of rice bacteria and brewer's fungus other
1 providing of brown rice with red beans 3 tablespoons olive oil cooked
1 cup of chocolate ice cream diet


Snack:

Raw fruits and vegetables and veggies and 1 tbsp sesame seeds

50 gr. defatted cheese
1 green salad
