1. Laugh
Look at the daily newspaper and look for the gags and comics section. Smiling and a positive mindset helps the body overcome more stress and diseases than what the immune system gives. 2. Never Skip Breakfast
Get a grab-to-go when you’re about to head to your office. Never skip breakfast as it is the most important meal of the day.
